Salute To The General

Chapter 3827 No Room For Mercy

Nathan's eyes, once clouded by the effects of alcohol, now gleamed with a sharp, deadly clarity.

Bang!

With a swift motion, he brought his hand down hard onto the table in front of him, instantly shattering it into fragments.

A fluid sweep of his sleeve followed, generating a gust that roared like thunder.

Woosh!

The shattered pieces of the table were propelled with deadly force, transforming into a storm of lethal projectiles hurtling towards his attackers.

Leading the assault were the formidable super-soldiers from Ariarica, known for their resilience against conventional weapons. Yet, they stood no chance against the wooden shrapnel unleashed by Nathan.noveldrama

They were pierced and wounded, their screams filling the air as they collapsed one by one. Nathan had effectively neutralized the first wave of attackers with this strategic move.

Almost immediately, a figure dashed towards Nathan with lightning speed. It was Faraq, with whom Nathan had just shared a parting drink. Consumed by fury, Faraq hurled a punch towards Nathan, his fist tearing through the air like a meteor aimed straight for Nathan's chest.

This was the brutal reality of their conflict; it was a matter of life and death, with no room for sentiment or mercy.

Nathan countered with a punch of his own, meeting Faraq's attack head-on. Their fists collided with a thunderous impact. Boom!

Nathan stood unyielding, while Faraq's right arm was utterly shattered by the force of Nathan's blow.

Like a tree struck by lightning, Faraq was flung backward, landing with a crash and coughing up blood.

His labored breathing indicated his dire condition; his survival seemed unlikely.

Nathan had just defeated a powerful adversary, only to find himself immediately besieged by even more formidable foes.

In the midst of this chaos, sharpshooters stationed at a distance began targeting Nathan. With their lightweight sniper rifles, they took aim and fired continuously.

Nathan, however, moved with agility and speed, his form elusive and almost ghost-like as he evaded the incoming bullets. He navigated through the enemy ranks, striking with the speed and force of thunder. One after another, the Adrunian elites fell, overcome by his swift and devastating blows.

Katherine, rapier in hand, advanced towards Nathan, only to have her weapon effortlessly shattered by a single palm strike.

Following that, a swift kick sent her flying back several meters, her left ribs crushed under the impact. Severely injured, she was unable to continue the fight.

From a distance, under the protection of his bodyguards, Bryon watched the unfolding carnage.

He observed in disbelief as

countless assailants swarmed

Nathan, yet Nathan moved through

them with the ferocity and

dominance of a tiger amongst

sheep. Not only did he withstand the onslaught, but he also inflicted significant injuries on many.

Bryon's face was etched with shock as he voiced his realization, "I had heard of Nathan's formidable strength, but witnessing it firsthand surpasses all rumors. If we don't neutralize him today, he will forever remain a looming threat to our peace."

Surrounded and vastly outnumbered, Nathan faced the daunting challenge of combating over a thousand formidable

enemies. In addition to this, ar net

contingents of heavily armed elite soldiers were now converging on his location.

Bryon's Operation Godslayer, it seemed, had mobilized an overwhelming force, possibly numbering in the tens of thousands, all aimed at subduing Nathan.

Boom!

After dispatching several more of his powerful adversaries, Nathan, sensing the escalating threat, transformed into his combat form. This metamorphosis was nothing short of dramatic. His frame grew more towering and imposing, his face taking on an aspect of fierce dignity.

His body became enveloped in dragon-like scales, with sharp, knife-like barbs adorning the joints of his arms and legs. Most strikingly, five pairs of enormous red skeletal wings unfurled from his back. This sudden transformation into his battle form caused a palpable shock among those present. The enemy's assault wavered momentarily as they beheld this awe-inspiring sight, fear gripping them. Nathan, with a look of unwavering determination, addressed the crowd, "Do not fear. If you have resolved to slay a God, then you must be prepared to face their wrath."

No sooner had he spoken these words than a state-of-the-art armed helicopter appeared outside the window.

Equipped with twin high-speed machine guns, it had Nathan squarely in its sights and unleashed a barrage of fire. Bullets poured forth, shattering glass and walls, raining down towards Nathan. Thud, thud, thud!

With a contemptuous snort, Nathan raised his left hand, summoning a swirling black vortex into existence. This vortex, akin to a miniature black hole or a voracious abyssal maw, began to draw in the hail of bullets. Initially stable, the vortex began to falter under the sheer volume of absorbed projectiles, trembling violently.

Boom!

Then, in a sudden, explosive reversal, the vortex erupted, forcefully expelling the accumulated bullets back towards their source.

The armed helicopter, caught completely off guard by this unforeseen counterattack, was struck squarely and erupted into a ball of flames, disintegrating in the sky.
